Our expandable house, capsule house and apple cabin come fully plumbed to pipes with hot and cold water inlets, as well as being equipped with separate grey water and waste outlets. We strongly recommend hiring a certified plumber to complete the plumbing fit out of your home.
Flat pack container house, all aluminum house and quick installation are without plumbing
We will provide full installation guidance and send installation videos.
Our homes require 4+ people for installation.
Furniture and appliances are optional. If needed, we can help to purchase and organize .
A crane is needed to unload the house from the container. A video will be sent to you to guild the off loading and installation.
The mobile home should be leveled as soon as possible after unloading. It should be braced at the points marked on the stringers.
We will help to organize the container and shipping. We are experienced in exporting and have many cooperated agents for shipping and delivery.
You can also book the container from your side whenever needed.
The house will be loaded in a container and shipped to you by sea.
During the production, production pictures and videos will be taken and sent to you so that you know every detailed step about your house.
After your house is completed. videos from outside to inside will be taken and sent to you, to help you inspect your house.
In addition, you can hire a third inspection company to do the quality check before shipping.
All of our houses are designed and built with a lifespan comparable to the traditional homes. With proper maintenance and care, the container house can be used for 30-40 years.
No finance service is provided. Deposit payment is needed before production, and the balance payment need to be made before shipping.

A.Each houses will be inspected at least 5 times before container loading.
B.Pre-production confirmation: After you confirm the order, our production department will do double confirmation for the details of the house and make production drawings and material list
C.Frame inspection: inspecting the thickness, width, height, customized parts and quality of the whole frame .

Our units can be classified as moveable dwellings, not as permanent dwellings.
Each local council has different requirements and restrictions on what can be classified as a moveable dwelling and we recommend seeking advice from your local council before considering purchasing a container unit.
We can provide documentation regarding the design of our container units for council reference, but we do not provide any certification or apply to councils to pass by development approvals on your behalf.
One year warranty is given for the whole house, and 10 years warranty is given for structural warranty. If any related issues arise later, we will always provide you with support.
